Some people manage to squeeze an extraordinary amount of work into a short space of time. Lachlan Snow is one of them. At just 30 years young, Lachlan has already made a huge contribution to fundraising through both his career and voluntary pursuits.

He is currently Development Manager at Story Factory, a not-for-profit that runs creative writing and storytelling workshops for children and young people in under-resourced communities. Handpicked in 2020 to refresh and lead the organisation’s philanthropic strategy, Lachlan has made a remarkable impact already, finding new avenues for growth, including new online corporate volunteering opportunities, the charity’s first ever EOFY appeal and a gift in wills donor circle.

In his previous role at arts organisation Musica Viva, Lachlan helped establish a philanthropic program called Music Circle, aimed at creating a dialogue between future Indigenous leaders and classical music.
