Two foundations share their long-term partnership success story and its importance for real impact.

 





As so many not-for-profits struggle to receive government and corporate funding and long-term commitments from partners, the QBE Foundation and McGrath Foundation have provided a timely reminder of the importance and impact of enduring corporate-charity partnerships.

The partnership between the two organisations, which commenced in 2015, has seen hundreds of Australians supported through breast cancer treatment, with many more to benefit thanks to a commitment that will see them working together until at least 2021.

The partnership between the charity arm of Australia’s largest global insurer and the breast cancer support charity is a model example of what can be achieved when corporate and NFP organisations work together over a sustained period, amplifying impact for both organisations and the communities they support.
