Vicki Rasmussen is a passionate fundraising advocate who leads by example, as Andrew Sadauskas discovers.

In a career spanning 25 years, Vicki Rasmussen has managed numerous multimillion-dollar campaigns with her mot successful ask resulting in an $8 million gift.

But what truly sets Rasmussen apart as a leader in the fundraising community is the many ways she has gone beyond the call of duty. Rasmussen is a tireless advocate for the sector, volunteering with local community groups and mentoring her younger colleagues.

Currently an executive director at Charlies Foundation for Research, Rasmussen has worked at some of Australia’s most respected nonprofits, including Cancer Council WA, Mission Australia, the Heart Foundation WA and The Salvation Army.
